WEEK ONE

40-min 1-1 Session + Ancestral Clearing Meditation

In our first session, we'll dive in and identify the core wounds within your lineage that we will focus on healing. On this call, I'll help you get clear on your intention for our time together. You’ll receive my Ancestral Clearing Meditation to clear any negative ancestral energies from your field and connect you to the presence of your healed ancestors. This meditation alone is a game-changer that you’ll return to again and again. It’s yours, for life.

WEEK TWO

Prepare for Ancestral Healing Ceremony + Journal Prompts

To deepen into the work, I’ll share how to deepen into a sacred relationship with your ancestors to prepare you for our ceremony. I’ll share what to expect, how to set up a sacred space, and more.

WEEK THREE

2 hour Ancestral Healing Ceremony

Our 2 hour 1-on-1 ceremony will guide you on a journey to heal a core wound in one of your four primary lineages. In this ceremony, you will connect with your healed ancestors, meet an Ancestral Guide, and dive deep into ancestral healing around your unique and personalized intention. This session is held on Zoom video chat.

WEEK FOUR

40-min 1-1 Integration + Closing Call

To bring our container to completion, we will connect for a 40 minute 1-on-1 call. In this time together, we will explore all the changes that unfolded in the last month of working closely together and get a sense for how the energy is integrating, both internally and externally. We will track your emotions, your clarity, your healing, and your relationship to yourself and your ancestral line. Together, we will ensure that you are feeling grounded, resourced, and aligned with clear next steps to continue your healing.

UNLIMITED ACCESS ON VOXER

During our four weeks together, you’ll be supported through it all. If ever you have questions, simply send me a text or voice note through the Voxer app. This is a deeply intimate 1-on-1 space where you can share anything you’re going through and receive deep support in your life for an entire month.
