Sacred Transitions is an online 3-container to embrace the winds of change, walk with the elements and the ancestors, and be initiated by the deep mysteries of death & rebirth.

Over the next 3 months, you will be held through this powerful time of your life — and supported emotionally and spiritually on your journey.

On our LIVE calls, you’ll experience ceremonies, teachings, tools, rituals, altar work, elemental shamanism, and guided healing practices.

In this course, you’ll learn how to work shamanically with the elements. You’ll be guided on a journey from Water (grief) to Air (guidance) to Earth (grounding) to Fire (transformation) and to Ether (connection).

You will not only learn about the elements, but build an active altar with them. You’ll explore how to work with them as healing tools for your own journey and if you want to help others heal with the elements, too.

You’ll also experience a Rite of Passage Ritual to move you from one way of being into another — and to step powerfully into your new chapter. This is an initiatory journey, and you will be held every step of the way.

In our private WhatsApp chat, you’ll find a group of women who are uplifting, inspiring, and real. You are not meant to go through this time alone. When you surround yourself with like-minded women, you can move forward on your path with much more ease, beauty, and grace.

Sacred Transitions is a safe space to break down, level up, share your heart, or simply be a fly on the wall. You’re encouraged to come as you are, exactly as you are. You don’t need to “be” anything or “do” anything in this container.

You’ll learn many different tools such as water ritual, herbal cleansing, altars, working with feathers, making nature offerings, and much more. In 5 pre-recorded modules, you’ll learn how to heal with the elements for yourself and your loved ones.

 
 

Rites of Passage Ritual

Rites of Passage are rituals which marked profound moments of change, such as a healer being initiated as a Medicine Woman. They mark the death of an old way of being and the birth of the new. Ours is a deep alchemical Initiatory journey that is a secret until you experience it. It’s a culmination of all the shamanic study we do in this course — and a self-initiation into your own power.

Receive Playlists for each element of study, to fully immerse into their energies, gifts, and teachings. Between our calls, you’ll also receive optional Homeplay assignments to deepen your relationship with the elements and support yourself on your journey of transformation — including nature walks, journal prompts, shamanic practices, and more.

Hi! I’m Torie.

I know what it’s like to be in a sacred transition. My life is seemingly FULL of them. I’ve shed so many skins of identities, relationships, wounds, patterns, and beliefs about myself — and stepped into the next version of me, time and time again.

I know what it’s like to burn like a Phoenix and be reborn. It isn’t always pretty (it gets really messy, to be honest!), but it is the path of a true spiritual seeker and soul committed to deep authenticity and inner growth.

If you’re in a time of transition — you are not alone. If you’re not who you’ve been, and not yet who you’re becoming, I’m in a similar place with you, even now.

This period of being in the in-between; in a liminal space; is one of the most important and formative times. We are being reconfigured. Our lives are reorganizing around our inner Truth, and we are being reoriented towards our highest destiny.

This time is potent and filled with miraculous guidance, even in the times that feel like we’re floating in the void and have no clue what comes next.

The way you navigate through the darkness, the mystery, and these times of transition has a direct impact on where you find yourself on the other side.

The deeper you meet yourself here and now, the more wise, joyful, and embodied you emerge.

It is truly a leap of faith as you trust-fall into the universe, AND, you don’t need to do it alone. In fact, we as women are not MEANT to do it alone. We grow more together in sisterhood, find our inner strength in community, and are meant to lean into our emotional wisdom as we are forged into our next incarnation of self.

It isn’t always easy to find your faith in the chaos, but this is a divine mission we are being presented with.

I’m not perfect or awakened. I am real, I am rooted, and I know how to dance with my shadows and emotional depths so that I live from a place of wholeness.

I’ll tell you right now — I bring lightness, pleasure, AND depth to Sacred Transitions. I don’t believe it needs to be hard! You are worthy of feeling JOY as you walk your path of healing and liberation.

As you sign up, you will create login details to access the course portal. You will receive an email confirming your order along with a welcome email.

+ Are scholarships available?

Yes! Please read carefully before applying. Scholarships are available for Black & Indigenous Women of Color, single mothers, women in third world countries, women with a low exchange rate to US dollars, disabled women, trans women, and women in health crisis. Scholarships are also available for women who are in huge grief and life change and unable to pay, if they commit to partaking in the entire 12 week journey as an active participant.
