In many cultures, a woman who lives in tune with her fully expressed self has been called a Witch.
The whole story of witchcraft and the witch hunts is interwoven with the fear of female sensuality.
🕸 They feared her mystery, in her dance, in her wildness.
💋 They feared how she owns her pleasure and creative power.
🌎 They feared her intuitive knowing and how in tune she was with her body and earth's cycles.
🌿 They feared how she knew the ways of the wood, and how to heal.
There is POWER in aaaaallll of the above... and so much more. And so, they felt she must be destroyed before her own sovereignty catches on, like a wildfire.
Healers and wise women were perfect scapegoats for the unexplainable because they were so mysterious and misunderstood.
When you add the fear of women's power to religious obsession, poverty, epidemics, fear, social crises and lack of education — that's made the witch hunts possible.
Feminine expression and embodiment has the power to create life and to destroy the systems that threaten freedom.
The narrative that feminine power is dangerous, dirty, or "less than" was fed to us for thousands of years by the patriarchy.
💎 The truth is though, that it is only dangerous to oppressive powers. 💎

💜 Feminine expression is HEALING.
💜 Feminine wisdom is PARADIGM-SHIFTING.
Women are done with this time of oppression, and long to return to the Earth, to their natural magic, and to their feminine power.
It is now time to rebalance, starting with ourselves. 🙏🏻
